Ovulation is the best time period to get pregnant. Ovulation is the period, when ovum is released from the ovary. So we can advice Andrea to track the period of ovulation. 2 to 3 days before ovulation, several signs and symptoms will develop in our body. Ask Andrea to check body temperature everyday morning. Body temperature is slightly increased during the period of ovulation. Vaginal secretions are transparent, slippery looks like egg white. At the time of ovulation, abdominal cramps and breast tenderness will also present. So educate Andrea to have sex 5 days before ovulation period, to conceive a baby.
