Answer #1

1)I would double check if miss grey have an appointment with dr health as she says she have.

I would see if dr.health has an opening so that he can see miss grey.

2)The steps I would take to ease miss grey's anxiety:

I would explain that dr Schwartz is a good physical who is easy and compassionate and takes good care of his patients.

With the help of miss grey health information there will be no complications.

I would explain that dr.schwartz is a capable physician and miss grey won't feel different and there is no need to feel anxious as Dr Schwartz makes his patients comfortable.

3)I would feel uncomfortable because miss grey is anxious and I cannot able to make her feel comfortable.I would control my feelings and if miss grey anxiety is exclating then I would make her sit and give her some water and make her to take deep breaths and then I would make her understand by carefully explaining the options she has,so that she can choose the option she likes most. The options include as office manager is having a day off so she can't meet him.And she can choose to see dr.schwartz or she can come next week for her appointment.
