For an organ pipe closed at one end ,there is always node is formed at closed end and antinode at open end.There are a lot of modes of vibrations in which the mode corresponding to which wavelength is longest is the fundamental mode.The answer of question is based upon fundamental mode of vibration in which frequency is minimum but wavelength is maximum.
