They will use their advanced knowledge on evidence Based Practice to deliver a beneficial outcomes for their clients as well as for the staffs. A high quality cost effective health care can be delivered by the nurse Practitioner to the patients. In evidence Based Practice there is a little difference in the role of nursing practitioners and nurse managers. The manner they use research, experts opinion and quality improvement in the practice may differ. A nurse Practitioner will use the input from the particular patient to guide the treatment and medical care descision that is more relevant for the patient in evidence Based Practice.
