Answer: Type 2 diabetes is a disease which occurs when there is high blood sugar level in our body. Due to excess of sugar/ glucose, our body unables to utilise all the glucose. Hence cause diabetes. It is a metabolic disorder.

Diabetes mellitus has many symptoms, at earlier stage most of the people are unable to recognise the disease. But further it symptoms occurs such as headache, low or high sugar level causes uneasiness, tiredness, fatigue. Patient feels vomiting and headache and when the blood sugar levels goes very low, patient may get into coma. Loss of vision or blurred vision etc.

So, the treatment for the diabetes mellitus is generally metformin, this is the common drug which is prescribed to the Patients at the initial stage. But if the diabetes gets out of control then insulin injections are given intramuscularly.
