Diabetes are of two types called as type 1 and type 2 , both are chronic diseases that affect patients body to regulate blood sugar or glucose . Glucose is the fuel that feeds our body cells ,but to enter cells it needs a key . Indulo is the key .

People with type 1 diabetes don't produce insulin. No need of key

People with type 2 diabetes don't respond to insulin as well as they should and later in the disease often don't make enough insulin.

Gestational diabetes only happens during pregnancy and goes away after the baby is born.

Cause of gestational is overweight or onze women for developing gestational diabetes.

Therefore there are usually no symptoms associated with gestational diabetes.

Causes of the type 1 diabetes immune system is responsible for fighting off foreign invaders , like harmful viruses and bacteria.

Causes of type 2 diabetes have insulin resistance . The body still produces insulin , but is unable to use effectively.

Following are the symptoms of diabetes , if not controlled

Frequent urination

Feeling very thirsty and drinking a lot.

Feeling very hungry.

Feeling very fatigued.

Blurry vision.

Cuts or sores that don't heal properly.

Type 1 symptoms are irritability and mood changes and weight loss. Type 1 diabetes develop fast , typically over the course of several weeks and is known as juvienile diabetes, usually develops in childhood or adolescence.

Type 2 symptoms won't have symptoms for many years and don't discover their condition until complications develop.

Complications of gestational diabetes include excessive birth weight, preterm birth.

Complications of type 1 include eye disease, nerve damage , kidney disease

Complications of type 2 are hypoglycemia and hyperosmolar hyperglycemic nonketonic syndrome.
