it should also describe the effect, what lead to this illness, what precaution that could take to prevent it, if exercise is required for it. if they bebeficial in any kind of way. etc

The difference between type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes are explained below in the form of table

Type 1 Diabetes Type 2 Diabetes
What happens It attacks the pancreatic cells and thereby it cannot produce insulin and thereby the organs will shutdown the complete process and ultimately death occurs Either the body fails to produce insulin or even incase if it produces then it fails to function
Illness This illness occurs when the body own immune system destroys the insulin producing beta cells of pancreas.It is caused due to hereditary genes and in some rare cases it is virus

Here in this case the illness occurs due to the insufficiency by the pancreas to produce insulin.

Genetics and health factors such as overweight,unhealthy ,inactive attribute to this illness

Effects Frequent Urination,Tiredness,blurred vision and weight loss gradually Damages major organs of the body,causes heart attack,kidney failure and in some cases it causes dark patches and vascular dementia
Precaution/Prevention

There is no prevention for the type 1 diabetes mellitus

Keep the track of blood sugar,cholesterol and blood pressure under certain levels.

Reduce the carbohydrate content

Have a check on insulin

Exercise and a healthy lifestyle will slowly reduce this type 2 diabetes

Stop eating junk or processed foods,quit smoking and alcohol intake

Treatment Treatment includes continuous monitoring of glucose,chewing tinospora cordifolia and insulin injections Exercise,healthy diet,pills are the treatment sources
Exercise Exercise is very much beneficial either it can be in terms of walking,jogging,gym,dancing,sports activity,cycling etc Swimming,jogging and walking are considered as the best exercise for type 2 diabetes
