1)Some people dream of worthy accomplishments, while others stay awake and do them.

It means that “Hard work” – We have to work hard to accomplish anything. “Not be lethargic” – We should not be lethargic or lazy to achieve something.

2)Isn't it amazing what can be accomplished when you don't care who gets the credit?

It means that “Not be selfish or egotistic” – We should not concentrate on self goals always. “Collectively” – The individual efforts can achieve anything collectively.
