Answer:

Identifying two organizational behavior concepts that apply to the organizational issue and character in this chapter are as below

Perception driven behavior of the Manager: One of the organizational behavior concept is the perception driven behavior of the manager. The manager has the perception that his employees need to get god rating in the business so that manager can motivate his employees and employee will support to the manager I best of their interest. Thus manager behavior in employee rating scoring management is shown in this case. The manager is willing to get high rating for his employee so that they can get better rating and compensation and will be motivated to execute their roles and responsibilities. The manager has a perception that if manager take care of his employee, then his employee will take care of their manager. Thus this perception drives the manage to explore better rating for their employees in the rating system for pay and compensation increae.

System Breaking Behavioral Approach: the other behavior approach shown here is system breaking approach by the manager. The rating system is being used for making the right merit for all the employee so that employee can get the desirable pay and compensation increment based on their performance. But the manager I shown here with different approach and he wants to break the system with exploring better rating for his employees. Thus the manager behavior is shown which do not believe on the intent of the business system and wants to break the business system for his own approach and own benefits. The manager behavior is not demonstrated that supports the business, but he has demonstrated the approach that breaks the system and benefits hi own interest and his employees.
