In at least 400 words, describe how a Christian worldview can relate to the atmosphere in a workplace operation such as Apple.
A Christian world view also known as Biblical worldview is the framework with which the world is viewed and which shape the decisions. . It is basically a set of beliefs that Christian follow about infallible word of God.
It can affect the decision making, work ethic, attitude, behaviour, beliefs, perception and choices a person will make in the workplace such as apple.
Thus it becomes really essential for the organization to
determine and Scrutinize how the biblical world view of employees
is going to impact the organization.
The Christian or biblical world view will shape the organisation's
norms and standards and will encourage ethical decision making as
based on the moral beliefs and social welfare motive.
The biblical worlview will provide the Apple's work place a
motive of making it's operations efficienct enough to benefit the
stakeholders and meet their expectations as a part of their duty or
obligation which they are bound to fulfill as per the belief they
hold.
Feeling a connection with God and understanding how every evil or
harmful act, bring misery and unhappiness to people, encourages
them not to exploit the organization for personal gains and motives
and rather stay loyal to it.
Biblical view does not incorporate selfish and greedy approach
towards their job as they consider is a source of living which
should provide well being to others too.
The Christian world view does not make a person see the job as the
source of bringing huge money only but they see it as serving to
society and working for somebody's wellbeing.
Since Apple incorporation only admires employees who are self
driven, the Christians will definitely suit that work place because
they are driven by their belief in God ,, that if they did
something good, it will return in the form of greater good to
themselves. They are believers and thus more sorted in their
actions watching out for no harm or loss.
Moreover spiritually fit people, will be best for performing
efficient operations at Apple Inc. as they often complain less,
have developed a sound mind thus can handle stressful and complex
situations very effectively as required by the organization.
Christian worldview believes to be contended with what one has
attained and thus not to grow greedy about wanting more, which can
act as a advantage for apple, in keeping employees motivated
without spending more on their incentives.
Selfish motives are not pursued in their belief system thus Apple can easy drive the Christian employees in prioritizing the interest of business over their own interests.
Biblical worldview believes that hardships or inflictions are from God to test loyalty of people, thus they are not supposed to blame any body else for what they are going through as it is a part of a process, which makes Christians strong enough to be able to cope up with any difficulties without loosing their mental balance. Christian worldview holding people are not more susceptible to workplace breakdowns because of social environment, as they are humble and don't show aggression on trivial things, thus they don't grow hostility even if undergone through tough situations. Thus Apple Inc. , through employing Christian bound worldview employees will be able to grow a culture that is based on moral values and ethical understanding.
