4. One belt and road (OBOR) is an ambitious project of the Chinese government with the objective of connecting China with other countries of the world. With the OBOR project China aims to strengthen bilateral trade and economic relations with other countries in the world. The OBOR project includes building and upgrading existing and new road and sea connectivity networks of China with Asia, Europe and Africa. When completed, the OBOR project will boost China's trade and economic relations with other countries and propel economic growth of China. However, many strategists also view this project as Chinese government's objective of strengthening its dominance in Asian and African countries of the world in the name of bilateral and economic ties. Due to this reason, many countries such as India, Japan and others kept themselves away from OBOR initiative.

5. The OBOR initiative of Chinese government focuses on enhanced economic, political and cultural ties of China with other countries of the world. It will obviously strengthen mutual cooperation among member nations in all fields such as education, trade, foreign investment, communication and others. China offers a vast market for participating nations where they can supply their products and services. Simultaneously, it will also offer Chinese investors opportunity to increase investment in the member nations. Thus the OBOR project will bring participating nations more closer to China and it will also help exchange of cultural ideas among various nations. It is true that economic growth of a country mostly depend on efficient infrastructure and transport networks and OBOR is also a connectivity project that connects boundaries of different countries with China via road and waterways.

6. The main purpose of any ambitious network project such as OBOR of China is to enhance mutual trust and cooperation among participating nations. Policy coordination is like mutual cooperation between different groups such as governments on formulating a common policy on investment, trade, employment and other fields. Obviously, OBOR will remove international barriers between China and other countries and boost better cooperation between Chinese government and governments of other countries on policy formulation. Facilities connectivity is building and upgrading transport and network connectivity such as construction of roads, ports, docks etc for easy shipment of goods and travel of people on different locations. The OBOR project will create new road and water transport facilities for member countries that will increase unimpeded trade among them. The unimpeded trade is hassle free import and export of a country in the international market. Good transport and shipment facilities obviously facilitate unimpeded trade between various countries but it is not sole determinant of the unimpeded trade as hassle free trade also depends on foreign policies of various countries. To protect domestic industry, many countries who are participating in OBOR project can restrict the flow of Chinese goods and services in their territories.

Financial integration is the consolidation of financial interests of different groups or countries. The ambitious project like OBOR will undoubtedly increase flow of finance between China and other countries and boost new capital investments in both China and other parts of the world that will integrate financial resources of China and other countries of the world. But financial integration may also get hampered due to diverse domestic financial interests of different countries. People to people bonds is social, economic and cultural ties between people across the nations and with OBOR project, boundaries of China and participating nations will be open that will increase people to people contacts and relations in member nations.

7. The Chinese premier Xi Jinpeng said that One belt and road initiative is not undertaken by China to boost only Chinese economy. It is true to a certain extent but in larger context, the main purpose of launching OBOR by China is to establish its military and economic dominance in various countries of the world. Countries who joined the OBOR project may expect to increase new capital projects from foreign countries that will generate employment opportunities for their people, increase economic growth and maintain price level in the domestic market. China holds expertise in many manufacturing fields such as iron and steel, electronics, handicrafts and other countries can gain from Chinese expertise to boost their own domestic industry.
