This is a false statement because weak acids generate strong conjugate bases and vice versa.

2.a. HCN(pka=4.7)

pKa = -log[Ka]

Ka is dissociation constant of acid, the greater the Ka value greater the acid dissociates and greater is its acidity.

Therefore, stronger acids have lower pka values and vice versa.

HCN has lowest pka value therefore strongest acid in the given options.

3. b. Keq = [K2SO4][H2O]2/[H2SO4][KOH]2

Keq equilibrium constant is the the ratio of product of concentrations of product to the product of concentration of the reactants raise to the power their coefficients in the balanced chemical reaction.

H2SO4 + 2KOH <==> 2H2O + K2SO4

Keq = [H2O]2[K2SO4]/[H2SO4][KOH]2
