1)Taylor proposed that in his theory by simplyfying jobs productivity can be increases. He said that workers and management need to understand each other and corporate with each other.

2)Taylor belived that workers motivated by money so he thereofore adopt the principal if worker will not able to produce enough in a day than they will not deserve to be paid while highly productive worker will be paid.

3)taylor describe that every man can not do every work therefore inspite of assigning work to any employee match his capability with job standard and after that train them to achieve thier target.

4)monitor worker performance time to time and provide them supervision accordingly that will help them to achieve their target.

Its impact on worker's productivity is that now thier ia proper match between ability of employee and requirement of job therefore now worker able to give his best in job and he is also getting motivate fro m monetary terms.and they are getting proper supervision from managers as result thier productivty increases .

2*Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a motivational thoery

There are five different level of maslow's need which are as follows:

1) psycholoigical needs :These are the need that is vital for survival like need of food,water breathing, shelter,clothing.

2)security and saftey need:As we mive next level or satisfied with our first level need than we look towards security and safety.It can be financial security,health and well ness security getting mediclaims,move towards safer place.

3)social needs : It is a need to be loved,beloning or accpetance in the society in includes friends,family,peer group etc.

4)Esteem need :Its need of respect and appreciation when all other three needs get satisfied than human look towards to get respect and appreciation in the society.

5)Self actualisation need:At very peek maslows describe self actualisation need its need to develop full potential as a human to know about what a man can be and he must be.

Theory z is an integrated model of motivation .These are the following features of theory z :

1)Develop mutual trust:william describes that when trust will developed between emoployess,co worker,managers and worker than conflicts will reduce and employees will put effort to achieve thier goals.

2) Good bond between employess and organisation :A  strong bond must be develop between organisation and its employess so that target can be achived easily with the supervision of managers.

3)Employees involvement:Employees involvement is very i important in decision making specially all those desicions that is directly affecting them .Inspite of give your order take thier opinion and consider it decsion making so that they also feel belonginess.

4)cordination :cordination is also very important leader's role should be cordinate among employees.leader must communicate with employees to develop cordination.

4*according to me taylor's and theory z is more approacing and realistic.
