1)Massive blood transfusion means if you transfuse more than or 10 units of blood in 24 hr.the complications are- hypothermia,coagulopathy,electrolyte imbalance,metabolic alkalosis etc.

2) pulse check is needed to asses pulse rate normal or abnormal.like as in cardiac arrest carotid pulse Check is vital and very much important because further decision depending upon its present or absent condition , carotid pulse absent means heart is stopped working and the person is going to die .

3) COMPLICATIONS OF VASOPRESSOR THERAPY- VASOPRESSOR are a group of drug which used to contract blood vessels and raise blood pressure such as -

Trouble breathing

Blue ,

Blue lips and fingernails, uneven heart beat,

Numbness in any part of body.

Little or no urination

High blood pressure etc.
