The word consensus refers to some thing which is done on an unity basis.This is the most essential element of a group to prevent shattering and lead to failure.Decision making is an important part of any work or goal to be accomplished.This can be solo if a single person is involved but if it is a group ,the decision has to made after discussion with the entire group or the team and make necessary changes and adjustments accordingly for its success.This approach can reduce any conflicts and aide in an appropriate decision making.
