Three sources of information that jenni could use to guide :

before allowing Robert to participate in community organised camp, Jenni should take certain steps at home to encourage Robert to do more physical activity. it is not just about the quantity of hours spent doing therapy, but the quality of those hours.

Plan, implemented and assessment. Are very important  to help Robert.plan out the needs and listing out the medications that he will be in need off, chart down the time and dose and usage and encourage him to take it by himself under her guidance first. Provide written documentation. Jot a few notes down for the staff about Roberts  needs, interests, strengths, and learning style. These written notes help camp organisers to see Robert with care. They can be shared among camp organisers  to ensure consistent care. Plan out a pattern for receiving communication. You may need to communicate frequently with your Roberts teacher, especially in the beginning. Ask the teacher about the best ways to communicate with him.  Be proactive. If a teacher expresses a concern, try not to become defensive. Instead, offer suggestions or work together to find more information. Plan out practice at home multiple times, allowing him to go to bed and by offering help initially. Major concerns on the medication plan to be done by consulting the treating physician of Robert and plan out according to his advice.

Before consulting them and taking their advice, Jenni should have a planned and written list of activities that Robert will be participating in the camp.his case study from the treating physician and all the records and reports of his health.allergic to medications, his likes and dislike, food habits and everything he does through the day.
