Novolin regular-

10U/100U x10 ml =1ml

Same formula applied to novolin NPH also so answer is 1ml.

For loading insulin in syringe always follow this load clear insulin before cloudy,that means first load regular insulin then load NPH.

For loading inject equal amount of air into the vial first then withdraw the equal amount of insulin. This technique will help you to prevent mixing of insulin. So here, first withdraw novolin regular 1ml then followed by novolin NPH 1ml.
