3)A)# suppose the children are 4 years old the cause of Jason grabbing the ball that tanya' and Eric were playing and runs Jason's runs away laughing after grabbing the ball is that Jason wants to be a part of the group .One of the social development milestone of a 4 yr kid is that they show interest in being a part of a group. That is why jason runs away laughing thinking that tanya and Eric will chase and play with him. But grabbing the ball insulted the other two kids which is why they are hurt .

# Imagine that these children are 8 years old , at this age they develop sportsmanship and learn about winning and loosing gracefully. They also develop competitiveness and want to be first and best yet they are interested in group games. The reason why Jason ran away laughing is the happiness he has the ball now and tanya, eric were hurt because at this age they are sensitive and change emotions quickly. Loosing their ball changed their emotions.
