3)A)# suppose the children are 4 years old the cause of Jason grabbing the ball that tanya' and Eric were playing and runs Jason's runs away laughing after grabbing the ball is that Jason wants to be a part of the group .One of the social development milestone of a 4 yr kid is that they show interest in being a part of a group. That is why jason runs away laughing thinking that tanya and Eric will chase and play with him. But grabbing the ball insulted the other two kids which is why they are hurt .
# Imagine that these children are 8 years old , at this age they develop sportsmanship and learn about winning and loosing gracefully. They also develop competitiveness and want to be first and best yet they are interested in group games. The reason why Jason ran away laughing is the happiness he has the ball now and tanya, eric were hurt because at this age they are sensitive and change emotions quickly. Loosing their ball changed their emotions.
#. If they are 2 years old a parent should give ball individually because the child typically engage in parallel play at this age, this means that they play next to instead of with each other. There isn't interaction with kids at this age but it is important to give child time with other kids.
B)# It you consider 4 year age group kids, they enjoy playing with other kids that is why Tanya and eric were playing together, yet they want to be independent and will be uncooperative at times.
# If you consider them as 8 year old children development of competitiveness is the reason for their behaviours
# parallel play is developed at 2 years where the third child that is Jason wanted ball to play parallel so he grabbed the ball.. tanya and eric lost the ball and have nothing to play with is the reason they are hurt.
