Degree of freedom for two independent samples t test is either n1-1 or n2-1

we have n2 = n1 = 10

So, degree of freedom = 10 - 1 = 9

Now, we have to find t critical value from t distribution table using degree of freedom of 9 and significance level 0.01

we get

t = -3.2498 and +3.2498

So, any value below -3.2498 and above 3.2498 will result in null hypothesis rejection

So, option A is correct

<-3.2498 or t >3.2498
