Sterilization can be defined as an process that effectively eliminate or kill all form of transmissible agents such as fungi, bacteria, viruses, spore forms etc. and of these heat sterilization process is the most widely used method. This method is applied to mostly for the thermo stable products. And the glass bottles mostly sterilized through the dry heat process where the containers are heated at an range of 160to 180 degree Celsius for about 2 to 3 hours.
