Question 13:
-positive behavioral support considers changing the environment, develop skills and focus support and develop reactive strategies. this supports the behavior by reinforcement in the environment.
-The behavior of concern and their contexts are considered to their behavior which is harmful, challenging and disruptive.
Question 14:
voluntary and involuntary behavior
voluntary behavior is a thought and action by their nature closely involve in consciousness.
Involuntary behavior that action can not control or involve subconscious without realizing it.
Three different indicators of behaviors are unsatisfactory, successful and exceptional that should be specific, descriptive, it is a competency framework.
Question 15:
the competency framework is a cluster of effective behavior, it shows the ability of a person to meet the goal when applying knowledge, attitude, and skills that shows successful behavior in a critical situation it can differentiate the person's behavior, so it is important that worker should monitor the behavior of the person.
