What should do?

Need immediate medical intervention.

Take mother to emergency cesarean section.

Reason:

1. Late deceleration is a serious condition fetal heart rate in below the baseline level.

2. This may due to compression of fetus and placenta.

3. This may also due to umbilical cord compression.

4. This is treated as emergency obstertical issues.
