Pain for elderly people due to physiological changes,psychological attitudes,psycho- socio- cultural factors, impaired physical activity, poor socioeconomic backgrounds etc..

In most of the nursing home elders pain undetected..Assumption for assessing pain for older adults self- reporting is the best way and more reliable and accurate measure it includes Older people with cognitive impairments.

Education and training to staff for recognise pain and care for their pain that health care professional to be aware of pain measurement scale..
