Assignment Details Given what you have found out regarding the psychological perspectives on aging pertaining to the changes impacting memory, clarity, wisdom, creativity, recall, and learning, do you think that mandatory retirement should apply to certain professions? Which specific professions would you choose and what is your rationale for these choices?

Ans: Aging is one of the important part of the life ,as a child should take a birth ,these birth child should convert in to a boy and boy should convert in to men and after a particular time ,these men should convert in to adult person.similarly new neurons and blood supply to the brain should be decreased with increasing the age of the person .As a result a psychological effect seen on the mind of the person,it find difficulty in looking the picture with clarity ,there is primary or secondary loss of memory,difficulty in learning,every time there is requirement of recalling etc.

There are certain professions like dispensing medicine unit,nursing unit, technical unit,defensing unit at national level ,at a police job etc in which there is essential to retired the person at a particular age because in all these professional the presence of mind ,proper vision ,proper mindset is very important ,without that a person can't do anything in such professions.

Among all of these professions dispensing medicine unit required a young pharmacist specially in dispensing unit because if a person is a adult pharmacist and he cannot see the prescription clearly than how he or she should dispensed the drug and if the drug is dispensed wrong drug especially in cardiac patient than there is possibility of death of patient also so only at a particular age a person should be hired for that above professional job.
