Given,

P_value = 0.06

also Ho : u= 10

We know that,

If P_value >  \alpha then we can not reject the null hypothesis.

Here, P_value > 0.05 ,

We can not reject the null hypothesis at alpha=0.05.

Also 95% confidence interval would contain the true parameter value.

Here true parameter value is 10.

It means that, for this problem we can say that 95% confidence interval contain the value of 10.

Therefore,option (B) is correct.
