A) given  90% confidence then alpha= 1-0.90 =0.10

0.022 < 0.10 ( p value is out side of interval )

No,The value 1 not include in the 90% confidence interval for u

B) given 95% confidence then alpha = 0.05

0.022 < 0.05

No, the value 1 not include in the 95% confidence interval for u

C)Given 99% confidence interval then alpha=0.01

0.022> 0.01 (p value is with in the interval )

Yes, the value 1 includes in the 99% confidence interval for u

D) given 95% confidence interval for u include the value 0

Can't tell. ( because we have the calculated probability value at u=1 & dont have any possible values to find the probability value at u=0)
