How does impaired perfusion relate to heart failure?
ANSWER:
Every organ in the human body require oxygen for their function. Every tissue in the organ also require oxygen to make the tissue and organ function. Blood carries essential oxygen and adequate nutrients to the various parts of the body. If the blood flow to the organ is impaired the organ also failed its function. Coronary arteries are the arteries supplies blood to the heart. Heart pumps the blood to the different parts of the body.If the blood flow is decreased due to any trauma or any other fluid loss the blood flow to the organ as well as the blood flow to the heart also decreased. Due to the impaired perfusion heart cannot able to supply the sufficient amount of blood to the organ because the heart itself cannot have the sufficient blood to compromise the blood flow, heart beat will increase to maintain the balance but cannot able to fulfill its function that leads to heart failure. That means heart failed its function to supply blood to the organs.
