ANSWER:

Clients with pneumonia had collapsed lung due to infection of the pulmonary tissue. The cause of the infection is due to the inhalation of any bacteria or virus in air. In crowded areas and in hospital set up the risk of having pneumonia is high. Due to this infection the alveoli of the lung is collapsed due to the accumulation of fluid or the purulent material. Due to the accumulation of fluid in the bronchioles and alveoli the impaired gas exchange will happen. The impaired gas cannot able to go in and out got struked in the lungs. The client with pneumonia having difficulty in breathing, increased temperature and pain.
