Answer #1

for weak base

pOH = 1/2 [pKb - log C]

pH = 11.2

pOH = 14 - 11.2

pOH = 2.80

pKb = 3.3

2.80 = 1/2 [3.3 - log C]

5.60 = 3.3 - log C

log C = -2.30

C = 5.0 x 10-3 M

answer = option A = 5.0 x 10-3 M
