1) Physical activity ( PA) is any activity involving the movement of the body produced by the skeletal muscles with the expenditure of energy.It can be performed at any time of day or night. It includes aerobic , stretching, muscle strengthening and bone strengthening.

Examples :- Running, swimming

However, Exercise is a planned, structural, repetitive and intentional movement of body which helps in enhancing or maintaining physical fitness and overall well- being of health . Examples:- Weight lifting, Running on treadmill etc.

Health related fitness is the ability to perform physical activities to prevent from diseases, illness and improve physical and mental health.Its components are Cardiovascular endurance, Muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition. It main focus is to prevent obesity, heart and lung diseases and Joint disorders.

Whereas Skill related fitness is the ability to perform in any sports or games by using the technical aspects of that particular sports or games. It main components are Reaction time, Speed, Ability, power, balance and coordination . It enhances the performance in sports events or in atheletic.
