a) client weighs 70kg.

Physician orders 60mcg per kg

So 70 * 60 = 4200 mcg

4200 mcg = 4.2 mg

Medication supplied is 0.5 mg per ml

So 0.1 mg = 0.2 ml

4.2 mg = 8.4 ml. Therefore we have to administer 8.4ml.

b) client weighs 70kg. According to physician prescription, do the above mentioned calculation, so we have to administer 8.4ml.
