Client weight is 93 kg and the dose is 50 mg/kg PO daily. So for 93 kg body weight, the amount of drug he has to receive equals to:

93 x 50 = 4650mgor4.65g dailyPO

4650 mg of drug the client has to receive daily.

Now the strength of the drug is 250mg/mL

So the number of mL required to administer 4650 mg drug can be calculated as:

4650/250 = 18.6 mL

Hence 18.6 mL the client should receive.
