Answer: Due to the society influences it is considered that men are less likely to seek help. They themselves try to solve their problems and do not discuss with others. In our society men are considered to be stronger than women. Men are mostly introverts, so they won't discuss many things.

When there is a situation of difficulty, it is important to understand the circumstances and situation. It is necessary to keep calm as well as to use the proper solution for the problem.

It is a psychological methods that the brain itself starts to work in difficult situation. Men's usually understand and analyse the situation. So, they can easily understand and solve the problems. These rules works and provide specific platform for the men to act mindfully.

Some of the positive strategies to deal with stress and anxiety are:

  • Meditation
  • Adopting healthy lifestyle
  • Understanding the situation
  • Need of the circumstances.
