These are the questions to ask to the patient who is 83 years old and have fracture in her calcareous and living alone.

Will you be having help at home? If not let me provide you with information on services that could help.

Do you want me to contact a family member? I could provide them will helpful information.

Can you use crutches, walker or wheel chair?

Do you have steps at home?

As the patient is living alone, there will not be anyone to help her, so the answer will be "no".

Because of the fracture, she needs somebody's help urgently. Either she needs help from one of her family members or she wants a home nurse to care. Fracture did not allow her to do things alone. She wants help in cooking, going to the washroom and to take a shower, going to the hospital for check-ups, for timely meditation etc.

I can help her by contacting family members and can explain the above-mentioned situations.

Currently, she is using a wheelchair to move and there are steps inside and outside of the house. So she could not move out alone.
