Ordered amount is 5 mcg / kg / min

Here the individual weight is 205 pounds, that is 93 kg.

Available amount is 200 mg in 250 ml of Iv solution,
So 1 ml contain = 250 / 200
= 1.25 mg

Needs to be provided 5 mcg, that is 0.005 mg per Kg.
Here the weight is 93 kg, therefore 93 x 0.005 = 0.465 mg / min

So for one hour , it can be 0.465 x 60 = 27.9 mg / hr
it can be rounded to 30 mg / hr

1 ml contain 1.25 mg,
30 mg contain,  
= 30 / 1.25
= 24 ml.

Hence the required infusion rate is 24 ml / hr.
