Answer #1

5. Prosocially motivated behavior refers to selfless service of a person in helping another person. Extrinsically motivated behavior is the behavior that is motivated by rewards but intrinsically motivated behavior is when the behavior is satisfying for the person. Prosocially motivated behavior cannot be extrinsically motivated as it is selfless in nature. However, prosocially motivated behavior may be intrinsically motivated as well. This is because, one may feel satisfied by helping someone selflessly. Example: Engaging with underprivileged students in an NGO will also give happiness to a person. So it is prosocially as well as intrinsically motivated.

6. The outcome, in the context of motivation is the benefit that the people are going to receive like monetary gain or psychological satisfaction. The input is the time, money, effort etc that has been put in for achieving a goal.
