when -5770.0 KJ of heat is involved, 10 mol of H2O is reacting

So,

for -45 KJ, mol of H2O = -45*10/-5770.0 KJ

= 7.799*10^-2 mol

Molar mass of H2O,

MM = 2*MM(H) + 1*MM(O)

= 2*1.008 + 1*16.0

= 18.016 g/mol

use:

mass of H2O,

m = number of mol * molar mass

= 7.799*10^-2 mol * 18.02 g/mol

= 1.405 g

Answer: 1.405 g

Since heat is released, the reaction is exothermic.
