# LGBTQ community comprises of lesbian , bisexual , and transgender . These people are also the part of our society and are defined a particular gender session by the government . One role a health care provider needs in order to deliver culturally competent and respectful care is to treat them equally with others means justice and equality has to be provided to them while providing care . They should not be discriminated because of their sexuality .

# These community people are the most vulnerable ones . They must be provided protection to get the aids of the society . Other people's reactions their behaviour to them make them afraid and they does not come front and utilise their services . An individual selected for the assignment is Maya who also belongs to this community ,she is one of my friend's cousin . She fears the society and doesn't utilise her rights even if they are now issued and accepted by the government about their existence . For her fighting for her right is the difficult one and I will act as her advocate to meet her rights in the society by providing awareness to the other people present in the society that they asli are human beings but the only nly difference is that they like their same sex people , which is now approved by the government and hence it's the individuals choice to live his or her life with whom and also would make them aware that any action or discrimination towards them is illegal and a punishable act .
