Different Ethical Code

For every business it where based on laws and value. All companies can set their own value based policies as part of brand. Business codes are usually code of conduct , it will have specific rules and regulations. It will establish both legal and moral value of a company. Through this it will define the value and demand of a company.A code of ethic can range widely.Each ethic code will usually include the six universal moral value of employees in a company like trustworthy,respectful,responsible,fair,caring and good citizens. This way we can make we can make our company in diversity using green standards in the workplace make a proper dress code.Any thing that is important the overall mission and vision of a company.

An ethical bank is know as social,alternative banks concerned with the social and environmental impacts of investments and loans.There are five codes of ethics are integrity,objectivity,professional,competence,confidentiality,professional behavior.

For every organization will have their own code of ethical . It will different from all other organization ethical code.

Various ethical codes may lead to the success or failure of an organization:-

  • While surrendering to unlawful or exploitative practices could prompt momentary increases, it is hurtful for the development of the organization over the long haul. As somebody properly stated, "Accomplishment without trustworthiness is disappointment".
  • Maybe the ethical will lead to success through their performance other wise it will become failure. While the ethical code is very clear and its based on the rules then it increase the demand of the brand and make more popularity in over all world.
  • Some time the ethical code where have some errors it will move to the failure of the company .
  • Use of unethical codes may affects the functioning of an organization.
