1, cultural awareness and competency is must to avoid disparities, intercommunication between Patient and providers will improve mental and physical health..,cultural attitudes are the beliefs and perspectives that is more valuable..

2, when nurse working in a surgical unit when providing perioperative care it will be difficult to understand different cultures among patients.. proper understanding of cultural differences will avoid the issues and illness..each patient's having their own cultural beliefs.. cultural attitudes are the beliefs and perspectives that is more important.. without an understanding of the impact of culture on concepts it make illness.. communication improves Patient care in all areas.. understanding patient language and providing assessment will make Patient to avoid pain and it will eliminate their fear about surgery or procedure..The most important multicultural resources nurse must have for their patients..providing information to Patient by understanding their language will face the challenge among them..it will allow them to take decision making power..so cultural consideration play a important role while providing information about surgery providing health education about patient condition and delivery outcomes which patient can easily understand before going to surgery will eliminate issues before surgery..
