Some of the goals which could have been set to get discipline are

  • Create a good bond by rapport this firms the basis for achieving discipline. If a proper communication is established with the child then inculcating the desired goal on them will be easier
  • Create a healthy environment for parents and childrens
  • Give a positive reinforcement for their work rather than criticizing. This reinforcement gives them a self confidence to achieve the task in harmony
  • Able to respect and follow commands and orders of elders by rationale thinking

The characteristics which could be encouraged through child guidance and the preferred choices are

  • Creativity has to be encouraged because this helps the children to explore and learn.
  • Confidence of the child has to be encouraged by motivating then continuously for their work.
  • Curiosity makes a child to learn new things
  • Social skill development to interact with larger community and be bold to manage problems by self
  • Resilience has to be taught to a child because this can help a child to overcome hard times
