Answer) Regions of united states is considered as the most inequitable place in the world. People

in the region doesnt get most of the health care services. If there were good health care services in the region deaths in the region could have prevented. People in some regions of america take health services once in an year. Low income regions take very limited amount of services.

The progress of the region is slowed down because of the inequality between the poor people and rich people. Inequalities exists in some regions such as bolivia,haiti peru etc in services of maternal and child health services.

The approach of primary health care is hindered due to inequalities and due to lack of work force. For example, in 20 regions of america there is very less health care workers such as physicians and nurses.some regions such as bolivia continued to face problems of availability of health services and lack of health care staff.
