1) Absence of worker participation -This is the initial important barrier to change management.Workers every time have the fright of alteration.It is most probable that even nearly all indiviuals of the workers will oppose the change.

This barrier can be removed only if the workers included in the changing procedure as much as capable.Getting the workers included in the changing procedure means giving attention to their ideas,considering workers output,convincing them the change is having many advantages.

2) Absence of successful communication plan-Many firms are not having better communication plan.Some supervisors think that once they tell about the change,all individuals will adapt and be prepared to begin with new initiation.This is foolish method to make change,So for making change the head of the department or supervisor must cease building announcements and institute plans.The workers are also required to know how the alterations will influence them and in which way they should adjust to the change.

3) A poor culture shift designing- In some case the planning group completely has no viewpoint that the change will influence persons and it is sure that in this condition the planning directorial group will be aiming only in the work place duties and work accountabilities.

The method to avoid this barrier is for the planning group to know that the firm should not miss how the individuals perceive,cause and job consequently obstacle to change.

4) Organization Complication- There will be a time when the company start to grow complex procedures,building the procedures of planning and executing change a little more complicated.

This obstacle can be avoided by initiating a anxious and expert attitude to challange firms rapid development as well as complication.
