1.pirenzepine are best for other 2 drugs for treating duodanal ulcer
Beacuse pirenzepine effects on other organ are less so side effect are less with pirenzepine
Side effect like dry mouth , constipation are more with other 2 drug
2. Cimetidine like drug reduse acid secretion in stomach so very beneficial with anticholinergics
It's combination are best in duodanal ulcer
3. Mepenzolate are inhibit contractions in colon so it side effect are constipation
So it use are very less
Propenthalin are more potent to pirenzepine for anticholinergics action on git but propenthalin have more side effect
