Answer #1

What are the dimension of power and conflict in this situation

Answer :-

Above all else tolerant is female and she is getting readied for radical mastectomy. James is new enlisted staff and not all that accomplished in managing careful patients. As patient is female , is smarter to designate female medical caretaker with the goal that the patient feels much improved and protection kept up.

As surgical patient she has to get prepared for surgery like part preparation , betadine washing etc. so if the male nurse is allocated patient will feel discomfort so better to allocate female nurse.

As charge nurture accessible to take care different patients so better to apportion for the female medical caretaker who is experienced with the goal that its encourage the patients progresion to medical procedure.
