As patient is female , is smarter to designate female medical caretaker with the goal that the patient feels much improved and protection kept up.
As surgical patient she has to get prepared for surgery like part preparation , betadine washing etc. so if the male nurse is allocated patient will feel discomfort so better to allocate female nurse.
As charge nurture accessible to take care different patients so better to apportion for the female medical caretaker who is experienced with the goal that its encourage the patients progresion to medical procedure.
