I₁ / I₂ = (D₁)² / (D₂)²

I₁ = 30Sv/min

I₂ = X

(D₁)² = 5² = 25

(D₂)² = 4² = 16

Step 2:

By substituting the values in the above formula

30 / X = 25 / 16

25X = 480

X = 19.2 Sv/ min.

Step 3:

After 2 minutes, the dose = 19.2 x 2 = 38.4Sv/min

The dose received after 2 min at a distance of 5m from the source will be 38.4Sv/min.
