Personal choices should be limited. For example in case of health status the patient may feel free from symptoms after taking half course of antibiotics and he may discontinue the treatment but he does not know that it may cause bacterial resistance and further worsens his quality of life . So, he should take the orders from physicians or any other health care practioners. In the same way in case of exercise and diet one person should not follow his own orders he should consult a nutritionist and a trainee. Because for heavy liftings, specific dieta like keto diets there are some credentials and specific rules to follow which are unkown by a common man. So before practicing all these a person should consult the respected persons instead of personal choices.

In some conditions the larger institutional forces can also affect the health of people . Some multispeciality hospitals for the sake of money they let the patient to stay in the hospital for more days which gives a chance to develop hospital acquried infections. And some of the major trainee centres makena person to work a lot above his capacity which leads to worsening of patient health status. The social media also shows it indirect effect on the peoples mental status that leads to worsening of health status.
