1. i). Elicit the question why using the unpasteurized milk?

It gives you the answer that about their inadequate knowledge about importance of pasteurization and proper using of milk.The personal choice reveals the ill health behavior.

ii). Investigate about the type of job the individual is doing.

Based on the work type people prefer to foods which are readily available.Individuals who are working in a busy schedule not prefer to healthy food habits.Because which is not readily available.

By this due to the social factor that is the work , the individual prefer to their personal choice of food.

2. Initially investigate about the individual history about health which includes personal history,social history, family history,diet history , past and present health history .From this you can know about the individual personal choices of food and eating behavior, diseases,health problems, affordability to buy food items.Then calculate his BMI and according to that prepare a healthy diet chart that should gives him the recommended dietary intake.Advice him according to his health condition.

3. i). Individual who is having fever unable to take food items and healthy drinks which results in dehydration.( Inability to take food items)

ii). Restrictions on food items even though it is the person's choice of food.Individual who prefers to fatty food due to the illness he needs to compromise his own choice of food.

iii) . Due to the health problem individuals are forced to take the disliked choices of food.example: A girl who is having anemia to increase her hemoglobin level she needs to eat the liver but she don't like it.

Thus the illness affect the person's nutritional status.

I).Individuals who prefers to high fatty,cheesy and spicy foods always ate junk foods like cheesy chicken pizza,burger and pork which may cause heart problems.

ii). Person's choice of taking alcohol cause illness.

iii). Person's choice of avoiding healthy items results in health problems.

Thus the person's choice of food affect the health status.

4. Social factors include age,work and place affect the health.

The mother who is unwilling to give breastfed this choice affect the health.

The one who is doing sedentary work can have the health problems such as diabetes mellitus and obesity.

The personal choice of likes and dislikes foods can cause health problems.May be he prefers to junk foods and dislikes healthy veggies can cause health problems.
