9. Height of the patient - 5 feet 11 inches

Present weight - 150 lbs

Previous weight - 180 lbs

Formula of IBW = 106 + 6x ( number of extra inches )

= 106 + 6× 11= 106+66=172 lbs

IBW % = current body weight / ideal body weight ×100

= 150/172 ×100= 87.2%

UBW % = current body / usual body weight ×100

= 150/180 ×100= 83.3 %
