- Training and education challenges = professional development is the key of healthcare. Health care leaders must take steps to assess , develop and take part in training programs to maintain their proficiency.
- Ethical challenges played a vital role in healthcare industry . These were the hinderance to provide basic care in the name of discrimination on the basis of caste ,sex, colour , cultural practices and religion . Also the action of doing unethical practices to gain more money is also a big deep routed problem in the healthcare sector .
All these challenges will have a tremendous negative impact on the future health care sector of U.S. People won't be able to take healthcare services due to increasing price , advancement will be there but no one will be there to use these technologies due to rising costs .
